Christina S. Deane

Christina Deane’s passion for law is derived from her desire to help people.

“I believe in justice for every person,” said Deane. “Lawyers are not a luxury. Everyone has to live by the law and everyone should have access to a lawyer when they need one.”

These are not merely words for Deane but the motto by which she lives. Deane’s commitment to excellence in all aspects of practicing law coupled with her consideration for each client’s individual circumstances sets her apart in the legal field.

While earning her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Deane was a member of several honors and service oriented sororities to include Gamma Sigma Sigma Volunteer Service Sorority, Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Deane was also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and awarded an alumni scholarship while at U.T.

Deane graduated cum laude and in the top 14 percent of her class with her J.D. from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Georgia. She also earned two awards for the highest grade point average in Advanced Legal Research Curriculum and Federal Income Tax Curriculum while attending law school. Christina not only touts her intelligence but experience from extensive training. She coached and competed in National Moot Court competitions while attending law school and maintained her active status in the Phi Delta Phi sorority, as well as membership in the Association of Women Law Students.

Deane and her husband both grew up in small towns and said they love the feeling of returning to a close-knit community. She is excited about her position in the Williams and Stanford, PLC firm. While her resume boasts an impressive academic history, Deane’s proficient arguing skills, strong work ethic and ability to build an instant rapport with her clients makes her an invaluable member of Williams & Stanford, PLC.
